Seat Sitters Partners With The Elijah-Alavi Foundation

We are happy to announce another partnership. This organization is The Elijah-Alavi Foundation. They focuses on food allergies & asthma awareness.

The primary goal of the Elijah-Alavi Foundation is to make sure that all children in every school, in every neighborhood, regardless of socioeconomic conditions, culture, or class, are safe when their parents drop them off at school.

The philosophy is that every Public School/Daycare should be stocked with epinephrine auto-injectors; and every adult that works in Daycares/Schools should be educated to know the signs of anaphylaxis and be able to treat children experiencing it.

When people with food allergies and asthma travel they need to take extra precautions. Flying with asthma or peanut allergies can cause major anxiety. Taking extra steps to protect yourself when flying and traveling is important.  

When they asked us to help them out with their cause, we were happy to oblige. This is exactly one of the reasons that founder, Gina Hoensheid, developed the Seat Sitter product. In her words, "I feel fortunate that we were given this opportunity."
